To support a collaborative Dual Credit Career and Technical Education (CTE) model for rural schools which will allow rural districts to share programs, faculty, equipment and sometimes a location. Opportunities will be maximized by providing new programs as they become available uniquely growing each district’s dual enrollment program according to students’ and parents’ interests, likely driven by the needs of the community.
