To support the E3 Alliance: Preparing English Learners for the Texas Economy Initiative action research to provide significant and not previously studied insights into system changes to increase Texas English Learner students enrolling in and successfully completing Advanced Placement, Dual Credit, and advanced math and Career & Technical Education, to prepare them to fill high-demand bilingual jobs in Texas, and to become strong contributors to the state’s economic prosperity.
