Tina Gridiron serves as the Chief Impact and Learning Officer at ACT. In this role she strives to build, enhance, and embed success for all learners across the ACT enterprise. By strengthening and supporting ACT’s internal learning efforts, product development activities, research, and diverse learner engagement efforts Tina seeks to position ACT for maximum impact. In addition to leading several internal ACT social impact projects, Tina also works to build collaborations for ACT with external leaders and organizations to help pave the way for all learners to achieve education and workforce success.
Prior to joining ACT in 2019, Tina served as a consultant for 2 years supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts among several nonprofits and foundations and for 14 years Tina led grant initiatives focused on community colleges, students of color, and Minority Serving Institutions as an officer and director for Lumina Foundation.
Tina Gridiron has over 25 years of experience as a higher education professional and actively demonstrates a deep commitment to data-informed action, equity-informed research, and culturally responsive policy. Tina holds a Master of Arts in higher education administration and a Master of Arts in sociology, both from Stanford University, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of California, Berkeley. She currently lives in Indianapolis, Indiana.
