Dr. Andrea Robledo

Dr. Andrea Robledo is a student success champion with over 20 years of experience transforming higher education. As a Programs & Strategy Officer at Greater Texas Foundation, she works at the intersection of higher education and philanthropy, building the diverse partnerships and learning frameworks necessary to ensure every Texas student has a path to postsecondary success.

Andrea’s career is defined by a deep-rooted commitment to collaboration and community. Throughout her professional journey, she has worked alongside diverse stakeholders to lead multi-million dollar STEM initiatives at Angelo State University and contribute to national Latino student success strategies at the Lumina Foundation. From her early work fostering community at the Boys & Girls Clubs to her current role on the Postsecondary Access and Attainment impact group for Grantmakers for Education, she remains dedicated to building the collective networks necessary to drive systemic change.

A proud Aggie with a Ph.D. from Indiana University, Andrea’s expertise lies at the intersection of applied anthropology, psychology, and higher education. When she isn’t working, you’ll find her cheering on Texas A&M football, spending time with family, or hitting the dance floor to her favorite Selena tracks.
