Economic Mobility Systems & Rural Community College Alliance are collaborating to bring the know-how and expertise of rural college promise programs to more communities across the state. A $109,000 planning grant to Dallas Foundation will allow Economic Mobility Systems to prepare a second cohort of rural community colleges to launch the Promise-in-a-Box model in their communities.
