The Competency-Based Education Network will continue to support a cohort of Texas institutions to establish competency-based education (CBE) programs that provide students with affordable and efficient pathways to living-wage careers. The $789,600 grant from Greater Texas Foundation will support the establishment of CBE programs in the fields of nursing, organizational leadership, hospitality, peer support and liberal arts at 5 Texas institutions.
