Greater Texas Foundation announces a $50,000 grant to Big Thought in support of the Promise Champions Initiative, which will match Dallas ISD high school seniors with community-based mentors who will guide their mentees through the college application and enrollment process. Big Thought, a member of the Dallas County Promise network, will partner with at least 30 community organizations to recruit and support mentors for students at 15 Dallas campuses.
