Recouping college costs, including opportunity costs, can take learners anywhere from between 6 months to over 20 years. Public Agenda seeks to identify best practices among Texas institutions that provide economic mobility boosts to their students through a $365,000 grant. This grant will provide case studies for how colleges and universities can successfully create pathways to economic stability and success.
