Students navigating transfer pathways across Texas often encounter fragmented systems that undermine belonging, persistence, and completion—especially when institutions operate in isolation. With a $721,294 grant from Greater Texas Foundation, the Institute for Evidence-Based Change will support seven colleges and universities in two Texas regions to build a shared culture of student belonging and success. Through aligned professional development, data-informed decision-making, and coordinated student support practices, the regional collaboratives will create seamless educational pathways that improve transfer and completion outcomes.
