Connecting East Texans to Skills, Credentials, and Opportunity

East Texas employers need stronger pipelines connecting education to high-wage, high-demand careers. With a $200,000 grant from Greater Texas Foundation, the Tyler Area P-16 Council will lead the East Texas Tri-Agency Initiative (ETTAI) to design, scale, and sustain career pathways aligned with regional labor market needs. Through cross-sector partnerships, work-based learning, and coordinated advising, the initiative will help East Texans earn the skills and credentials needed for long-term economic opportunity.
