Texas needs a unified, regional strategy to scale high-quality apprenticeships aligned with workforce and education needs. With a $200,000 grant from Greater Texas Foundation, C-BEN will work across all 10 economic development regions to set shared goals, conduct a statewide landscape scan, and identify incentives and barriers to expanding apprenticeships. By aligning employers, higher education, and state partners, the project will strengthen connections between work and learning and support the growth of effective apprenticeship pathways statewide.
