Disconnected adults represent a major opportunity to strengthen credential attainment and workforce participation in Texas. With a $300,000 grant from Greater Texas Foundation to Victoria College Foundation, the college will expand its capacity to reengage adult learners by using data to guide staff training, strengthening outreach and marketing, and building partnerships with community organizations and local employers.
