The Aspen Institute enhances curriculum for senior leadership at rural community colleges

With a $524,950 grant, the Aspen Institute College Excellence Program (Aspen) will adapt leadership curriculum and resources for senior leaders from 28 institutions around the country, including 4 Texas institutions, that are participating in NCII’s rural regionalized guided pathways work. The curriculum will be designed to enhance the capacity of senior leaders to implement scaled student success reforms while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Aspen will also develop a Leadership Toolkit focusing on Texas community colleges, which will be used for continued statewide professional development across all of Texas.
