To support a planning grant to create the Providing Access To Holistic Support to Post-secondary Success (PATHS) program at Austin Community College. Through this planning grant, Communities in Schools of Central Texas and Austin Community College will create a logic model, theory of change, program assessments and processes, and build relationships with campus- and community-based supportive services, all in preparation for implementing the program in the 2025-26 school year.
