To support the development of an actionable and transformative strategic plan for the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board which will enable the agency to achieve greater efficacy through collaboration and partnership to realize Texas’ bold goal for 60 percent of young adult Texans to hold postsecondary credentials by 2030.
