The CCMR Strategic Planning in the Permian Basin project is a collaborative effort with the Education Partnership of the Permian Basin, Educate Midland, the four participating districts, and the Texas Impact Network aimed to increase student CCMR outcomes and increase the CCMR bonus dollars these districts receive.
