Victor Gongora joined GTF in May of 2010 as a graduate intern. He later transitioned into a graduate fellow position and is now Project Associate. His responsibilities include drafting the quarterly annotated bibliographies and researching postsecondary areas relevant to the foundation’s mission. During his time here he has also written research briefs stemming from our 2009 strategic planning process. Additionally, Victor helped create and regularly updates a resource library for archiving postsecondary literature, researches and updates inventories on areas including potential funding partners and college completion campaigns, and composes presentations for our board of directors.
In 2008, Victor received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English with a minor in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin. In December 2011 he completed the Master of Public Service & Administration program at Texas A&M University. While completing this degree he focused on public management, policy analysis, and the nonprofit sector.
A native Texan, he is originally from San Antonio. Interests include music, film, literature, and sports.
