To respond to new opportunities with significant potential and that may not directly
address one of our four goal areas, the foundation funds a portfolio of innovative
projects that:
- Are original or new to the context, user, or application

Are in nascent stages and need funding to be tested,
evaluated, or scaled - Represent new and emerging trends in higher education

Have the potential to dramatically impact Texas students'
