$20,000 each to Sam Houston State University; Angelo State; Sul Ross State University; Tarleton State University; TAMU Texarkana; University of Houston; UH-Clearlake; UT Arlington; UT Dallas; Texas Tech; TAMU Commerce; Prairie View A&M; UT Permian Basin; Midwestern State; Texas State; and Stephen F. Austin; UT Brownsville; $10,000 to UH-Victoria and $5,000 to TAMU Kingsville. This need-based scholarship program is designed to remove educational barriers to students through closed-ended matching grant scholarships at public four-year post-secondary higher education institutions in the state of Texas.
